Phoenix for the Weekend

This past weekend we went to Phoenix for a spur of the moment trip. It was great to see everyone. I was even able to squeeze in two movies. I can't remember the last time I was able to go to a movie, without Jourdan. I thought Eaan would have turned around and scrapped the whole trip when we hit a bunch of traffic on the 8 while we were still in San Diego. After an hour and only moving 10 miles we passed the accident and were on our way. Than of course I needed to have Applebee's for dinner. With one failed attempt with the Garmin, Eaan was willing to try one more time. Well, he was willing to try one more time for his starving, hormonal, pregnant wife and cranky hungry baby. We found Applebee's, had the worst service ever (I had the best meal ever), and put Jourdan to sleep in his car seat. We weren't even half way to Phoenix yet. The rest of the trip was uneventful, we just got in at 1 am. Jourdan & Jack became fast friends. They even shared their food with one another, from the floor.

Jourdan loves music and dancing, so why wouldn't he love playing the piano? He was amazed by this. He just stood on the chair and banged away for at least a half an hour.

I'm glad we made it out to Phoenix. We are not going to have much time left on the west coast. I am planning on moving back to Maryland in April with Jourdan while Eaan is out on deployment. I will fill everyone in when the plan is definite. You know the military, everything is always changing. The more time we can spend visiting people and doing things out here the better. I am not sure when we (Jourdan & I) will be back to the west coast after April. Don't worry I will keep everyone updated. :)
