Finally.

It's been a long 6 months but Eaan is finally back from deployment and came to see us for 10 days. I didn't post anything while he was here but I have a lot of pictures. Especially from Halloween. Like that should surprise anyone. We had a great time with Eaan. He got to meet his little girl for the first time and see his little boy. We are sad that he is gone again but this time he is a lot closer. He is only a phone call away. So much better than just e-mails. We will see him again at Christmas time! And than off Layla, Jourdan and I go to San Diego until about August of 09'. Thanks Mom and Uncle Brad for taking pictures of us at the airport when Eaan arrived. Eaan, I am sorry I was late...again. I love you.

Eaan is Coming Home
Pictures From Eaan
I can't really tell you much about what Eaan is doing but he wants everyone to know that he can't wait to come home. He has been working hard and flying all the time. So if he hasn't responded to e-mails don't worry. Here are some recent pictures he sent to me.

Transferring goods from ship to ship.

Eaan in the helicopter.

Sleeping on the job.

Working hard...chasing birds off the boat.

Deployment Pictures
Jourdan and I are so happy he is home safe and sound. Hopefully he will not have to deploy again too soon. Everything is always up in the air. Enjoy the slide show!Homecoming
Eaan is finally home! I am so excited. It has been a hard 5 months but he is finally back. Jourdan and Daddy are getting alone great. They are getting to know each other again. It was exciting watching his boat come in. He was able to bring his Uncle Lance on the boat from Hawaii to San Diego, called a Tiger Cruise.
Eaan's family came to see him come home and to see Lance too of course. We had a blast with his family. Eaan is glad to be home and off the ship. Now that Eaan is home, everything is back to normal, we are already getting on each other's nerves...It's great! I will be posting some more pictures from his deployment in a couple days.
September 11th
Eaan is home! Such a sad day for him to come home on but we are happy he is finally here.
Eaan Update
Eaan is doing really well. He has been to a couple different ports, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippians, and now he is in Singapore. Here are some pictures he sent me. He was able to go on an elephant ride in Thailand, I believe.
He can't wait to come home though. He is missing everyone like crazy. Eaan has been working a lot. He has been flying all the time. All the e-mails I get from him usually include something like, I have to fly 14+ hours tomorrow...I am glad I am not doing that.
Some good news though, he might be coming home early. Possibly as early as September 15th. So we will see. You can never get too excited. Everything can always change. Jourdan and I can not wait for him to come home.
Who let you go outside like that?
So Eaan has been gone for about a month and I finally received some pictures from him. I am guessing this is not within Navy regs...
The one on the left is the other Aircrewman out with Eaan and if you could not tell the one on the right is Eaan. They were deployed last year together also. Eaan is in Japan right now and will be moving on to his next port soon. Nothing much to report on his front. He has been flying a lot and apparently growing his hair.
I really do not know what else to tell everyone other than yes, these are the men that are fighting for our freedom! lol
"D" (Deployment) Day
Today Eaan left for deployment at 5:30 this morning. Only 5 months left. Hopefully Eaan will be able to post blogs & keep everyone updated on what is going on with his deployment.
I took some pictures of Eaan & Jourdan reading stories & saying goodnight before he left.
We ♥ Eaan and we are going to miss him so much.
Be safe & come home soon Daddy.
